Let every one learn how to live on his/her self.I have learned in most of the African countries that people especially tenagers are not raised up to stand on their own feet but on their parents wealth for those who have ones but what is worse for those who lost their parents and they have no where to stand its where you find most of them are beggers and some of them start to think to live a terrible life what they call it "gangster life".
A good advise, they should depend much on studies for those who can afford that but for those who could not let them think on something else to do but not stealing.
